About The Brand

Live Lead Succeed, founded by Stacey Barlow-Hill, offers coaching, consulting, and community to female entrepreneurs. Their brick-and-mortar location, Balance, serves as a co-working, meeting, and event space for their community.

Project Challenge

After 13+ years in the event planning industry, Stacey reached out to us ready to make a pivot into coaching and wellness industry. While she had coached and consulted for years, she never publicly advertised these services as a part of her brand.

She had already built a strong reputation in the local event industry and was looking for help with positioning herself as an authority in her new business industry. Her biggest challenge was figuring out her messaging and how to present her new brand to her existing audience.

She also wanted to rebrand from a personal brand that solely focused on her to a community brand that highlighted her growing team and community.

Project Results

We were able to strategically build on Stacey's existing reputation to rebrand Live Lead Succeed. We focused on messaging and photography that illustrated Stacey's pivot into coaching/wellness and highlighted her team members as an extension of the brand.

We also helped to develop a cohesive sub-brand, Balance, for Live Lead Succeed's new membership offering. Stacey anticipates increased sales and memberships signups as a result of her new branding and website doing such a good job of communicating the value and purpose of her rebranded business.

A Deeper Perspective

Creating a complimentary sub-brand alongside your primary brand for outlying offers (like a membership, group program, etc.) is a great way to help them stand out in a memorable but strategic way that doesn't compete or clash with your primary brand.
